TRIOTEK is committed to share our values around human rights, ethics and environmental responsibility to our suppliers. Also continue to pay special attentions on the policy of Conflict Minerals Rule, and make sure all minerals if necessary to use are not exploited from the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjoining countries.
Here are our main commitments about conflict mineral policy.
1. No purchase conflict minerals from those adjoining countries.
2. Only source to active/compliant smelters on CFSI conflict-free smelter program.
3. All suppliers of TRIOTEK are asked to comply with conflict mineral rule with declaration approval.
4. Require all of our suppliers to provide us with completed conflict minerals declarations using CFSI Conflict Minerals Reporting Template.
